I am thrilled to share my journey and experience with you, beginning from my very first job at the age of 16 as a non-alcoholic bartender at the renowned Dixie Stampede. From humble beginnings, I have worked my way up through various roles, learning invaluable lessons and gaining a wealth of experience along the way.
My early days in the hospitality industry saw me donning multiple hats, including that of a dishwasher, busboy, and host. These foundational roles instilled in me a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the importance of teamwork. I quickly realized that learning by experience was the most effective way to develop and grow professionally.
As my passion for the industry flourished, I sought new challenges and opportunities for growth. Through dedication and perseverance, I progressed to become a kitchen manager, front-of-house manager, and eventually the general manager of establishments. I embraced the diverse responsibilities that came with each role, honing my leadership skills, refining my decision-making abilities, and nurturing a customer-centric mindset.
Not content with limiting myself to a single location, I ventured into the realm of multi-unit management and area management. Working in both corporate and mom-and-pop environments, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in overseeing multiple establishments simultaneously. One of my passions in life is sports. I absolutely adore the thrill of competition and the camaraderie it brings. My favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals, holds a special place in my heart. Some of my most treasured family memories were created around the TV at my grandparents' house, watching Cardinal games together. Those moments filled with cheers, laughter, and shared excitement brought us closer as a family.
In addition to my love for sports, I maintain a relentlessly positive outlook on life.
